MCL offers to help you in achieving organization wide savings through Outsourcing, using the following unique methodology:

Initial Phase: MCL’s Strategic team will work with you to discover areas of business operations in which savings can be generated by outsourcing. These areas will be classified as Immediate, Short-term, Medium Term and Long-term. An Operations Plan will be drawn up to implement the outsourcing, for your review and approval. At least 50% savings over present budgets are assured for the functions outsourced offshore. MCL follows the Onsite, Near-Shore and Offshore model adequately tuned to your requirements. Our Standard model comprises of at least one MCL Representative posted at your site co-ordinating your interface with the outsourcing team based at our U.K and India offices.

Build, Organize & Operate Phases: Based on the Operations plan, Assets will be mobilized to create a dedicated Organization catering to your requirements. An Organization structure is created ensuring sound business management and speedy responses to your requirements. We continue to achieve at least 50% saving in your present costs for you. Manpower allocations for various job roles are made in a planned manner so as to provide long term value to the Outsourced Development Center (ODC).

Succeed Phase: Over a period of 3-5 years, the savings generated for you can be weighed up with the excellence achieved by the ODC. You will know over this period that the ODC option has yielded very satisfying results. At this stage, we can offer you the Transfer option.

Transfer Phase: We can transfer the ownership of the entire business undertaking of the ODC to you along with the manpower and other assets at a valuation agreed to on a pre-negotiated basis. Alternatively, you can elect to take a minority or majority stake in the ODC at a pre-determined valuation basis.
