A Megatron employee will be positioned at the client site if required, who can co-ordinate the entire activity along with a person designated at the center. The number of personnel assigned in India will depend upon the nature and size of the development effort. Leased telephone line connection can be set up between the Development Center and the overseas client providing 24 hours 365 days on line access for voice/data/image communication. The distance between the Center and the overseas client will therefore only be geographical. Enhancements/modifications to existing systems can be carried out taking advantage of the Time Difference between the Center and the Client's location, e.g. Problems forwarded by a U.K. client at the end of the U.K. working day can be resolved and solutions downloaded to the U.K. client by the start of business hours on the next day.
